Ron looks like he is experiencing the βblood boiling, brain meltingβ effect. It happens to guys in that sort of situation β¦ a lot. Itβs hard to think with a melted brain. An hour or two after Bonnie leaves, heβll realize how much trouble heβs in, unless she does it again.

Given his personality on the show, I imagine that this is how Ron would react when getting caught off guard like that from Bonnie. He's still loyal to Kim, but getting a passionate smooch from Bonnie would make him want to resist at first before perhaps for just a few seconds.
