I absolutely LOVE this shipping!
Sorry this advice comes a couple years late but Pineapple is absolutely Brilliant for coughs, they stop coughing fits almost immediately! I know from experience, due to my scarred lungs from bronchitis that lasted months, i now get bronchitis every winter but the Pineapple stops coughing almost instantly so i recommend it if you ever have that again

The possibility of this pairing actually is vaguely supported in the series.
Ron has on at least two occasions expressed that he is attracted to Shego and on one occasion had to be pulled along by Kim because Ron was ogling the lovely, green lady.
Shego in turn was at least somewhat impressed with Ron in Bad Boy as well as at the end of Graduation.
I could see it happen.

Which episode did Ron ogle Shego; I can only think of 'Tick-Tick-Tick' and 'ASiT' where he expresses appreciation for her attractivesness.

In the first episode where they encounter Shego where it's stated that "She's wanted in 11 countries" Ron adds "Make that 12! Rawr!"
I think it's during the same episode when they're sneaking through Drakken's lair where Ron gets a little bit delayed whilst checking Shego out.
