Ok This Is Mainly For Vinny ... But As A Showcase As To What Can Be Done In A Very Short Time ...In about 2 and half month I lost over 1 and a half stone (20 lbs) and lost 5 inches off my waist. Cut my 1.5mile run time from 22 minutes 42 seconds to 10 minutes 35 seconds. Now can do over 100 situps at once and often do about 200 push-ups in a training session.
what ya reckon ?
Im still going at it and i hope to improve further as time goes on

i advise you to go to sport club for better effect..i do it myself...was weak 4 months ago but the effects are obious ;] i suggest you do the same..btw keep up the good work ;]D

at the moment im doing martial arts and other forms of training ... i study kung fu and am looking at taking up ju-jitsu again
