it's true that if anything, artists should be requesting permission from the ones who initially came up with the pose itself, if you search 'magnet pose' in the deviant art search engine, 184 items come up, all in variations of this pose. But to say that only one artist owns a pose of two characters, that's not true.

Fisrt Magent is a VERYYY Popular pose Second I Love Tom harry and if I knew that was there I would have faved it trust me , I didnt steal any idea lol tons of people use this pose and as a huge fan I was like AWWWWW the would be cute! I'm glade I'm not the only one who thought of the idea but I did not steal it :,D Can't steal the magnet ideas or pose its used to much I'm sure others have drawn more as well of double copys ^^
