Description
"A sense of warmth is tapping at the door; And hope, a feeling out from distant lore
- Or so it seems - clears the deep refrain!
Emerging youth: a dormant lea awakes.
The raging colour, singing loud, partakes
In annual birth - spring is born again!" - Mark Slaughter

Lovely focus, sharp colour and wonderful contrast to the blurs in the background.

Awe thanks, I am glad spring is here in Texas but it's raining alot and I cannot get out to shoot much. I had to reschedual an engagement session for this weekend. We really need the rain, last year there was none. Lot of grass fires, so I will not complain about the rain. Thank you again for being so kind.

It's been raining here pretty well since about Dec. We are still 10 inches behind but at least things are green again! Hope you still get to see alot of flowers this spring.

Nice detailed shot, the background is a bit blurry but based on from shape ans the fact it is white my guess is that it is an apple blossom, and if not it is still a flower from some tree, nice closeup.
