I need help on...everything...see, I draw by hand but I've been interested in coloring digitally.
I figured that if I played with the program enough I'd get used to it, but even the layers bit still baffles me. I understand nothing but how to use the brushes and various effects that are on that convenient toolbar.

For the layers tab, if you press Ctrl + L the layer box will appear with the picture you're working on, then in the layers tab you can chose which ever layers you wish to add, so far I've leaent how to make things transparent and selective colouring using layers and digitally combining images nothing else

One thing that trips me up is the erasing. I've gotten the impression that there is a way to color over the linework, but making the linework solid so it doesn't matter.
