Easily recognisable, and beautifully drawn. You would have done marvels drawing Generation X back in the 90s - Steve Pugh didn't have that fresh touch necessary for the series. I could have mentioned New X-Men Academy X too but Emma Frost wasn't in.

Given her minimalist approach to clothing, it seems like she'd only need a few minutes to dress.
I'm really impressed by your attention to detail, including the patterns on the sole of her boot. If I can offer one criticism, however, it seems like she's sitting too far out on the edge of the bed. She seems liable to slide off before she gets that boot on.
But that is a minor detail in a wonderful drawing. Excellent work.

In terms of your outline colors, what do you do for that? Do you merely use a darkened shade of the filled in color that it is outlining?
I ask because I scan my artwork but I don't redo it, therefore all of my lines are gray-black.

ouch it's not something I can explain in a nutshell. It needs you to know a couple photoshop basis things too. So, as quick explanations I can say you just need to make a layer with only the lineart, without background or else, but if you want me to explain it in details send me a PM and I'll reply with a, hopefully, better explanation

If I were around her, were a powerful telepath like Xavier, and could block my thoughts but still read hers, I'd be able to sneak up to her room and take a picture of her barefoot, or even better, mentally 'convince' her to pose for me as I took her picture a couple times, with some photos being of her beautiful bare feet! Great artwork!
