Description
Don't let the dilapidated factories, manor houses and collapsing mills fool you, Innsmouth, Massachusetts is a great place to bring the whole family! Innsmouth is off the beaten pathway, and you can't get their by train. The train stopped running there in the late 1870s. The townsfolk of Ipswich and Arkham have spent years spreading FALSE rumors about this lovely seaport town, but don't let that stop you from taking a boat ride out to Devil's Reef. It's quite lovely and romantic at sunset. So take the bus from Arkham and find out what this scenic, picturesque shipping town is really about!Related content

I went there once. The residents were very kind and caring. I also was complimented on my fetching handmade Cthulhu pendant which seemed to impress even the town's elite ^^ 10 stars on yelp

Breathe the fresh sea air....$1 lodgings at the rustic Gilman House...free travel maps at the local chain grocery store....quaint and eccentric local characters....the soothing sounds of the waves lapping at the seashore and the rolling river....and, of course, the energetic and sometimes rambunctious nightlife....but please remember that the majority of Innsmouth residents are deeply religious, reserved, and particularly solicitous about their harbor area (which unfortunately means no fishing trips). Β The best of New England can be seen here, inΒ marvel-shadowed Innsmouth!

The humor here a marvelous feel of old-fashioned-comic books. The drawings are excellent, and well, it's just really quaint.

I'm certain to draw more Lovecraft works in the future. Β There are a few other Lovecraft drawings in my gallery if you don't mind hunting for them.

A couple of questions. First, How much for a two week stay at a local in. And, where do I enquire about property value and taxes in case I wish to buy housing there?

The Gillman House is currently being rennovated. Β Apparently some G-Men knocked a few walls down in a recent raid while looking for illegal liquor. Β That's what I heard anyway. Β Apparently property is cheap, but flood insurance is highly recommended.

To be honest, I didn't forget so much as run out of room on the paper. This image was doodled onto plane old copy paper one evening, and I consider it sketch work, really. I never really meant it to be a finished work, but I just kept on adding things until I filled the paper. LOL. Glad you like it! Next time I'll try to remember to add in one of those priests wearing a tiara.

This is made of complete win! Don't forget to suggest that the Innsmouth tourist may wish to pick up some of the unique and distinctive jewelry from the local artisans -- also I heard they may be starting a glass-bottomed boat trip to Devil's Reef. You are my hero for drawing this!

I just started this the other day, Im about the point where hes talking with Zadok. I have to say, I like looking at peoples interpretation of innsmouth folk, to see they play it up to be more frog or fish. Nice fun piece.

Thanks! Β I do try to stick to the descriptions in Lovecraft's THE SHADOW OVER INNSMOUTH story. Β I have read all of Lovecraft's major works (and most of his minor stories also). Often, I listen to Audio Realm's H.P. Lovecraft audio books on cd as well, and after hearing the descriptions again and again, a mental picture formed in my head as to what the Innsmouth folk might look like as they begin to turn. I'm particularly proud of my version of the bus driver, Joe Sergeant, because that's almost exactly how I pictured him from the first time I read novella. Glad you enjoyed this!
