Apart for being a kudan, Yoshie's designs was strongly inspired to a famous anime character. They are indeed very similar.

While I was choosing Yoshie's design in walfas and I gave her pink hairs, I said to myself "Oh, looks like Miyuki!"
Then it came to my mind that episode in Lucky Star where they fantasized about themselves as animals. Miyuki was a sheep, but Konata suggested that a cow would fit her better because of her bust. It's this scene:Β

Since Yoshie was a kudan(a cow youkai) and even their personalities somewhat matched, I couldn't resist and I gave her also glasses and the result was really fitting^^
