Description
Known as the Sega Genesis in the US. Was just modelling this in my few nothing-else-to-do sessions.LightWave 7.

I figured you were going to do one of these, but I was thinking along the lines of a Playstation. You sort of veered 'Old School Gaming' with this piece, and its result turned out very well! Fav'd.

Really like this model however a few problems with it.
Its shape, the original MD is quite long and flat(ish) and has very harsh edges, yours is rather soft and smooth. Also as mentioned it looks like its made out of rubber rather than slightly reflective plastic.
Just look at a real mega drive again and you'll see how harsh and sharp it actually is, i actually really like the model though its really well done and clean, but thats another problem, its too clean. But its still really good!

Excellent work, I really dig this system and the homage that you've made to it. The modelling looks quite good and I really like how you've incorporate the games as well. The only qualms I would have with this scene is that the material used for the system and the controllers is a little over done, it almost looks rubbery and semi-soft. Other than that, I really like it, damn fine work.

Good. but not your best render. Modelling is fine but the genesis is too choppy. The 16-bit", even though it is part of the real system, stands out over the black, which isn't good because it's a tad choopy. The cases are great though, so is the blue-ish lighting and background.
