Gohan, Goku and Vegeta are guys, that's for sure. Piccolo is a guy too, because he...well yeah, he has a...y'know.. And Frieza, don't know how he was born, but he is a guy, and so is Cell.. They're all guys..!

Frieza is male. He referred to his parents once, suggesting that they do have females. We just never get to see them. XD
