It looks a lot smoother compared to the last one, but it looks like you just warped the shape of the eye and didn't actually draw separate frames. It'd look unnoticeable on a smaller image, but when it's this close up, I feel like it would've been better to take the more difficult route and draw each eye frame to frame. But for your first time, it's very pleasant and I think you should be proud of the result.

Yes, I just rushed through this;I tested photoshop elements for animation. I might try a diff program.
I should have drawn separate frames....instead I just squished the eyes.
Ah, I might try animation again next time
