This was the dress she wore, I just over-exaggerated the bow and hair piece

Oh I never use brushes. (Paint Tool Sai doesn't have brushes)
I don't use Photoshop so I can't really use brushes o__o
The only time I use Photoshop is when I need a transparent background.
I just drew a couple of flowers, shrank them to a small size. Then I make tons of copies. I also rotate them so that they'll look like I drew them individually LOL
