Those are insane eyes!
Quick hint: The camera focused on the bridge of the nose rather than the eyes, when taking portrait shots such as these you can really see that the eyes are blurred because the camera didn't focus on them. Next time, make sure the focus is on the eyes, and hold it! Then you can move your camera to get the composition you want

The focus shouldn't come off if you continue to hold the shutter
