Well he causes mutation if wanted
For example
He can turn your OC into a mutated monster temporarily or permanently
If its permanent u can have it as an addition or new OC
Temporary it's just for fun
U can be transformed by him by 3 ways
Nuclear radiation haze Nuclear bite Or nuclear waste drip
The nuclear waste can be of anything T Rex bird fish dragon name it and it's possible growth is a possible effect as well .Can't happen to RAD though for reasons I wish. Not to spoil in the story Hows it sound so far??
