This picture is in memory of Christa Nock. She was a good girl and lived a comfortable life for 20 years untill she was mistreated by someone and left to die. The people had too many horses and simply set feed out for them to fight over. Christa being old, and injured (the left side of her neck was swollen to 2x its normal size) couldnt get any food. She was left to starve untill my mother and i visited her again about 6 months ago. We saw the deplorable condition she was left in and promptly brought her home. She was nursed back to health untill a few weeks ago when she refused to eat. We didnt want to see her suffer any longer and made the hard decision of putting her down. She is now galloping in heaven and her body rests out by the pond where she will forever be remembered. Please, stop animal abuse. After all that she was put through, Christa feared humans and would rarely come to us. Please if you see animal abuse happening call a shelter or the police. It is wrong and it needs to stop.
