I'm not too clear about what is going on here. Is the character tangled in ribbons? For what purpose? Why is she naked from the waist down? Why does she only have one foot?
You did well with the foreshortening on the leg, and the coloring is quite even, but I'd recommend a few things: 1) shade your characters, add shadows, highlights, and pay some mind to where the light is coming from so that your renditions will have depth, 2) work a bit more with believable anatomy and proportions, it will make your characters more memorable, and 3) put some thought into what you are trying to convey with a drawing, and then decide the best way to communicate that. If there is a reason for your character to be pants-less and tangled in ribbons, then make sure that your audience can understand that reason.

Honestly I'm not really sure anymore. This piece is farily old. So I can't remember too clearly what I was trying to produce. Thanxs for the tips though. I am always looking for a way to improve my stuff.
