I thought I'd go ahead and try a reverse image search using your screenshot with the UI bits cropped off. Google image search didn't find anything, but Bing return me one single result, which happened to be the real image in 1920x1080. So far that is the only useful thing Bing has done for me

You have to do it with taskbar padding and make it fit for your resolution in tint2rc since it's a pixel value, here is my line
taskbar_padding = 500 3 2
