I agree, the hair is really catching. Mostly I think it's because it contrasts with the red outfit really well. The way the outfit accents and hugs the body is also really neat, you can see the natural curves and how the outfit constricts at points (like at the hips/thighs). So really neat with fantasy and realistic-ness :3

This is a pretty neat commissioned illustration of Tero! I like the pretty lingerie outfit that she's wearing as well as her blue hair. I especially like how you did her anatomy as well.
