I understand what you mean by myspace pose. Girls take pictures of themselves with their cellphones instead of a Kodak camera, and forget to hold it right. But, for some reason, the amateur photography became a trend.
Now it's all over facebook.

No one is on myspace... it's a general name for this kind of pose, since young 16 year old girls have this habbit of taking pictures of themselves at arm's length... and the majority do it on myspace!
