She has the Chun-lee Thighs goin on there. Interesting patterns goin on here and there with the spots. Nice washed colors as well. Might wanna try different brush tools and background textures to give it a more traditional feel. So it feels like it was actually done with a water color set. But I do like the color scheme.
So... what is she? I am not sure of what animal she is.
