I just mean that I was unable to "download" it and I couldn't use the image displayed because of the banner.

Strange. Friends have had no issues downloading and/or extracting it. I'm not sure what could be causing that issue for you.

I don't have Illustrator CS3 on this computer but the computer I originally used I got a similar message. And that has the most recent Photoshop and CS3.
