This covers everything from the sciency side of magic (Since magic is real in Gloomverse, that means it can be tested scientifically!) To gaining a hat/wand, and the types of magicians.
There's still a bit more to cover, but I'm not completely sure if I want to? It may contain some spoilers, so I may choose not to do a second part. Either way, enjoy!

Well probably the same way, except for not as strongly as Stratoverse or Gloomverse since they're farther away from Stratoverse.

Alrighty, I think it works just the same, looking at the infamous Orange and Green! They have normal hats, and as for Stratoverse? They have magic already, they don't need no hat or wand!

Dang good job dude! Yeah there was a lot of misunderstandings (And I understood why, magic is very detailed and all the characters already know all about magic anyway, so why would they discuss this in detail you know?) So figured this would be the best way to respond and clear things up.

Thank you! I could write books purely on each country's culture and how they respond to magic differently! But I wont, cuz I'm too busy drawing it all out anyway.

If a character changes a lot, like by a trauma, will the magic change with him or her?

Nope! Magic is pretty unforgiving. So if your interests change later, your magic wont change with it. Generally though, magic is pretty connected with someone's 'core' of who they are. So most of the time, the people don't change enough to regret their power, or wish it was something else. It usually defines them, type thing.

However, she's not as powerful as Wallis. She's a high level Magician but Wallis is definitely higher and can use magic for longer periods of time.
