I was trying to learn how to do blood, but failed miserably.I settled with this.

and for the blood, I would try and make it like a water drip, and very vibrant... and more defined (in reference to the red 'smear' behind the actual drip).
But i'm not a drawer... so take it or leave it 
And btw, i love the mood in this.

The blood it's self looks good but it should follow the contour of her cheek more. Also I would ease up on the texture boarder, clean edges usually make a better presentation but that's really a matter of taste I suppose
