Hey guysss...... just wanted to give a lil life update for a sec.im so sorry to the people who have had to wait a bit for their commissions. This is very unlike me to be so untimely, but I've hit a bit of an art wall. after doing so many big commissions I got used to over detailing and making sure it looks just right and cleaning lines obsessively to the point a doodle isn't even a doodle anymore, it's a finished ACTUAL COMMISSION worth far more than $2 with the time amd effort I put into it. Because I have a horrible habit of doing this, I overwork myself. I ended up sick and can only draw when I have peak energy in the day lol.... my goal for now is to get them done before Monday. Just hold tight for me, okay? I'm deeply sorry 😔
As for other aspects, I finally do feel happy again. I used to be so... idk. Always stressed, upset, paranoid and untrusting of anything or anybody, but I've found like a sense of peace. I have an income that I can control, I have Eli here, I have my cat, and I'm able to be myself. Aside from being sick lol, I feel like I can finally let myself live happy. I'm also incredibly sleepy gdhdghdhh
thank you to all of my lovely watchers who have stuck around with me! I love you guys, I'd give you all a big group hug if I weren't so sick. I'll be planning a raffle pretty soon for you guys...!! 😉

I'm tryin lol!!! I have a few doodle commissions that are running a tad late and I'm so tIRED but I gotta get em done so I can finish up on prince Sidon lol... I've been having bad chest pains when I sit in the position I usually do to draw and I ended up with bronchitis so coughing HURTS 😭😭😭 you're so sweet ILYSM!!!

UHHH you should definitely rest up and draw when you are feeling better?? Straining yourself while your sick is only gonna hurt ya more! Plus commissioners will understand. I mean i would. i fee like if others didnt that would be a wtf moment lmao

I think I'm just being extra hard on myself because I've had commissions open for not TOO long, but a good while, and every commission I've gotten I've been able to crank out in a day and a half, and it makes me so happy when people are excited to get it so soon! I love being timely about them but after getting sick, this is the first case where my commissions have taken more than that and even on the second day I wanted to CRY I felt so guilty.... but like even now, my chest hurts awfully bad and I'm tired but I gotta draw fml I'll just feel so bad if I don't!! :' (

Omg hun!!! This really isn't something to cry over ;;;;; I know it's hard but after you have them open long enough the stress will get easier to handle. But really tho don't stress over timelines and deliveries!
What I do is I tell a commissioner that they will have the drawing in a week MAX. I try to get it done before then obviously but that way I can take my time. If I get sick or something happens I let them know right away and will work on the order asap
People really do understand and people will be excited to get their commission whether it's a day or a week.
It's very normal! Take a breather for skittle bit ok?

Oh my god the week thing is so smart why the HELL didn't I think to do that... I just am always a bit hard on myself when it comes to doing things for others in a timely and professional way, so getting sick threw my whole game WAY off and I got so upset lol. I'm gonna take that with me, the week max thing omfg.... I always get scared the typical time a commission should take is like an hour and I'm running SO LATE, it's all irrational I know but I get paranoid over silly stuff cuz it pushes me to get it done quicker!
