Description
My aching heart,
I don't even know where to start,
For it seems we're slowly slipping apart.
All the cruel words ever said,
The hateful words that get stuck in my head,
I start to recall them as I lay in bed.
When you said you would have banned me,
You broke my heart so severely.
Pieces of my heart drop to the ground,
Making a shattering sound.
I feel as though I'm being drowned,
I cannot say a word,
For it seems I'm being absurd...
I miss the joy we had together
The time we thought would last forever.
As those feelings disappear,
Then sorrow and anger reappear...
O my dear...
I await the time I die...
When I die, it will be my last good-bye
And as I write this poem...
I'm trying my best not to cry...
Please my dear beloved
Do not think this is a lie...
For if you do...
Then this will be the day
I will surely say my last goodbye...
