Description
I needed a break from drawing living things, so i went back to drawing a small interior design.

Given Catherine's time as an Eco-terrorist on earth, the RDA has resolved to keep her in line as much as possible.

I started out with giving myself an area of 5 x 5 m = 25 square meters, which is around 269 sq feet. So it is a small apartment. Now, this would be way too much space for someone in Bridgehead. So i added the following challenge.

Within this 5 by 5 square i have to fit the following:
Living quarters for both Catherine and Kätsrìl
The link unit

For the living quarters, Catherine has a 3.5m x 2m x 2m cell. Which is roughly the dimension from a typical cell at ADX Florence (you can find it on google). In line with the prison cell, i kept it as minimalist as possible, making sure it only included a bed, basic hygiene devices, and a small table that can fold into the wall.
To make it a bit more interesting, i made it link right to the Link unit, and it also has a view port into the Avatar storage room.

The avatar storage room is a 3m x 3.5m x 4.5m storage space with a 1.5m x 1.5m x 4.5m addition added to make sure that Kätsrìl's bed can fit in there. That is also all it contains. A long, narrow, cheap, and very uncomfortable field bed. The room is acclimatized to mimic the polar regions and the Pandora atmosphere so that the body can rest without a breathing gear, and be in proper environmental conditions while out of action.

The Link unit is a bit unique, it is stuffed into a 3.5m x 1.5m x 2m room and it has been stripped of all control panels. Those are placed outside the room, so that Cat can't operate it on her own, and RDA staff has to be present to monitor her and keep her in line. They communicate through Intercoms and keep eyes on her through 1-way looking glass. This is case in both the link room and living quarters.

They also have a system in place to flood the rooms with gas if they deem her such a threat that they just need to be rid of her.
