meet ampman!wily attacked and reprogrammed him before one of his performances, afterwards most of the audience was found dead, those that did survive became deaf.
his weapon of choice is the sound wave; sort of like noise crush meets wild coil, it fires two waves left & right.
he can attack by shooting the sound wave at you, or(for his desperation move) throw music notes at you while jamming on a guitar.
