I use Paint Tool SAI, marker with those settings:
First I draw it in red, then change sketch's saturation and luminescence (-100;-100).
Next I make new layer above it, add 'clipping group' option, color it in some colors and change its opacity owo
That's everything uvu

This pairing reminds me of knuckles and rouge, my overall OTP, so this couple grew on me very easily, zephyr being rouge while dash being knuckles, idk weird observation I made that made me really love these two together
