I haven't drawn this character since when...? Oh, well... the Battle Bears art style doesn't really fits with me, I also noticed that I never developed Yira enough more than her basic backstory. So I have her a slight revamp along with an excuse to pratice backgrounds and clouds. I need to pratice with her personality, she might come in useful in the future.

Sooooooo, now she fully embraced her new platoon and got used to the daily madness even if she still refuses to call Malcolm her captain, opting with just calling him by name or the less-than-dignitous nickname of "Guy Who Signs My Paychecks" along with other sarcastic remarks on him (and portrayed here, her "I don't give a fuck" look as she enjoys a donut). She managed to improve thanks to some very close friend and a pseudo-therapists with literal brass balls, so now she's basically the scout/tracker and often serves kitchen duty, which she doesn't mind since it gives her time to spend on her own. Might start to use guns again along with her melees, probably a flintlock or a blunderbuss.

As for the background, I tried to replicate a level of the latest game. It's a floating island with a small village and complete with winged ships, the clouds aren't this low to the point to act as a surface under the island's ground but I guess duirng foggy or cloudy days it might happen. Clouds and the cracks on the rocks were tricky to do.

Fun fact: That giant donut is based on a brand of cookies called "hugs", kinda funny since hugs are the last things you ever want to get on the Pink Planet.
