Wanted to makes something silly and cute, so have an "historically accurate mermaid", aka the adorable dugong, the sea cow, three meters of pure cuteness all ready to greet and save some unlucky seaman. She won't fall for a human or have a wonderful singing vocie, but how to say no to that cute face? :3

Okay, first time ever drawing a dugong. It's not perfect, probably looks more like a seal now that I look better at her >>; Maybe she'll get some makeovers if I'll decide to draw more of this cutie. I did some reasearch as I tried to find a good drawing (also to learn the difference so to not draw a manatee on accident instead), the size kinda surprised me. I heard they are so soft, to... wonder how huggable they can be.

Stuff used: Base on paper, color and inking on PS.
