Maybe a small issue with his (I am being sexist and assuming the one holding the hammer is male) left foot not being quite grounded as the suggestion is he is 'at rest' and waiting.

I was hoping to show a slight movement while searching around the room, dragging the left foot slightly.
I was thinking the psycho as being a father gone mad... I am using it as part of a graphic novel I am sporadically working on, were the effects of dimensional travel has an adverse (to say the least) effect on humans.

I fully understand and it can be hard, sometimes, to have 'in mid-move' poses look correct as with a still you don't have the cue of the previous movement to grab hold of. Sounds like a fun graphic novel!
