I understand the choices they have made, except Pan. Pan has a large fanbase and played a major part in the DB story. She deserves way more focus.

At forums I have seen both arguments the "Pan ruined GT (or the other way around)" versus the "End of Z Pan is the best". But I I for example look at the number of Pan artwork here on Deviantart it most likely is double, triple that of Tullece / Turles and Nappa. Either way you choose to look at it she plays a significant role in the DB world and sadly in DB heroes she sadly has been ignored for the most part.

Well yeah physically since he has been dead for almost 20yrs (if you don't include GT into the mix). It is never stated the year Nappa was born so for example if Nappa was 50 by the Saiyan Saga by the end if Dragon Ball Z, Vegeta would be older than him physically, bit if he was born later then he'd be older than Vegeta by default.

In the anime he's no doubt an old fart once the (even he has the "losing his hair" fate, despite Nappa with hair is either: Nappa with a wig, Nappa's father) saiyan saga starts, however he does calls him mom "mommy", so who knows?
In the manga, he seems to be younger than Vegeta, as he takes orders from him
In my RPG Maker game, Bardock's team calls Nappa a brat

In both the anime and manga he appears young because of his Saiyan genes. The age of a Saiyan is completely from a human's, and they grow a bit faster and age less in their youth. For exp Nappa is roughly in his 50's but his appearance shows he's 30-40's, and Vegeta (before Planet Vegeta's destruction) was 5, but he looked to be in his early teens.
Really? I know he takes high offense to when Gohan insulted his mother in the original dub, but I don't remember him saying "mommy".
Nappa might as well be a brat, he was born into the royal ranks of the Saiyans, made a general at least by his 20's, doesn't listen to many of his officials, always impatient, and gets into a fit rage when he doesn't get his way like losing and plays with his opponents and. He maybe around 50, but his mentality is the mind of a destructive young adult jock.

That's because he had to be dealt with...the dude killed so many people and caused destruction coming to earth, Goku wasn't to stand for that. And Nappa just wouldn't stop so Goku put him in his place as third strongest Saiyan in the universe.
If Nappa had been wished back to life his relationship with characters would've sparked all sorts of conflicts, Goku and Vegeta one thing, but adding Nappa would've been Dragon Ball conflict, comedy gold and most intense character development.

From what I've researched, the name chan mean "cute" so it usually offensive to men of a manly appearance, but the suffix is mainly used when referring to a close friend (but that's usually rare in the case for men I think), children, young women and your girlfriend or boyfriend. In the case of Goku and Bardock using the word "chan" one could say it is kinda gay.

Kun is pratically the same thing, but it's mostly used as form of superiority when Japanese men are referring to their women; this is usually at schools or business places, but can also referred to guys of the same age. Which is why Hinata always adds "kun" when she refers to Naruto or why in most school animes the characters usually use "kun".

Yep raised him up for 20 yrs. Nappa is roughly over 50 yrs old and by the time Trunks is born he'd at least be 60 and up. So yeah Gramps sounds right...
