Ah, our two young officers at the reception after the ceremony. Raphael asks Amy to dance. Amy doesn't know how to dance, and neither does Raph. I've decided that the ceremony they are going to will not recognize the causualties of the war. Instead the ceremony is about the triumphant Fox McCloud and how he defeated Andross. Adds a more happier mood to it. Thus, making a reception and dance necessary.

The lower half of the background is home made. The upperhalf is a mixture of random backgrounds I found. The two characters are the tradtional drawn ones, of course.

The uniforms were taken from the OZ Uniforms in Gundam Wing; they're just so cool!
