Edit: Got rid of almost all of the cutout effect, it was just a little too much instead I sharpened it more and made the green more intenseWeeoo!
OH LOOK A PERSON
... well this took forever.
I drew the original sketch in my humanities class, there is this one girl who's and absolute bitch and thinks she's oh so perfect, and I was really pissed off
so this is what came out of that
Started to digitalize it when I got home
Only finished just now
I have been abusing Photoshop's cut-out effect
it just looks so cool though .-.

Very dramatic! I love the green/red color scheme, it adds to the frightning atmosphere and of course theyre complimentary colors, which is a bonus. (the red makes me think of death and the green makes me think of disease). The pose and expression has this mad joy on her face, like she just discovered something diabolically wonderful. Combined with the tube-like objects in the background, it screams "FOR SCIENCE!"
I think you have the lighting and color down really well, but the figure could use a little work. The fist sticks out to me particularily, its seems a little awkward like its bent to far for comfort. I think if you gave the teeth more realistic detail rather than the vague jagged line it would actually increase the "creepy" factor. I kinda like that you don't really see her eyes hidden behind the goggles, it gives her a wide-eyed mad look, however I can still see the line where her eyelid is. It took me a while to realize her eyes are drawn in, so this line was kinda distracting.

This is creepy but in a good way (is there a good way?). I like how it goes from red on the bottom left to green on the top right. It adds to the effect. I can imagine the person screaming out "FOR SCIENCE!"
