It's one of my best friends birthday =3So I drew a picture for her.
And I tried a realistic fur style, I'm happy with it and it was more fun to do than linearting XD
Sulet's a brilliant and nice person, she's very sweet and friendly. And she "Welcomes the World" hence the title
