Just lovely!
And withut the actual feet in the pictures the picture would have been boring. I love the perspective and colours!

That's so clever! At first glance it looks like some kind of tribal rock-painting. And in a way, it is. Nifty!

Genious concept, and the sober colors help make this an even more oustanding peice. The complication of the footprints and light fading is well done as well.

the colour is wonderful, and the contrast spectacular. from afar, it appears to be some sort of hallway of bone
I love this.

wow... I LOVE this picture. I know you asked for advanced critique but I really can't find anything that bothers me. I love the angle and the lighting, the subject matter, it all comes together very nicely. I reallly get a feeling of time and place and all that. Well done.

This is a really awesome piece. In all honesty, it took me a few moments to tell what actually it was, then it hit me. I was like "Hrm...HOLY CRAP!" The lighting, the shades, the different foot prints, heck, THE SUBJECT MATTER. Brilliant.
But here is the answer to the riddle. Three legs. One body.

"Which ? " is the great title for this. Like some kind of detective. This is such an interesting concept with the mud and human traffic in all. Where was this taken btw ?

It could only be in b&w. Well done. Beautiful contrast and an excellently caught picture. Was in one of those moment when you see something interesting, And whip out the camera ASAP to catch the shot? I can't imagine this piece being staged.

Yes, I love the colors, the different foot prints and everything just like everyone else but there's something else in the picture (that i see at least). There is a man and a woman in there. The man is on the right and the woman is on the left. They are diagonal with heads pointing towards the top right corner The man's right arm (left side of picture) is bent up at the elbow. His head is made out of the two strong heels. The man has no left arm (we'll pretend it's behind the woman. Her torso is very skinny almost like she has on a corset. It is made by the two shadows at the bottom of the pic. Her head is the toe section of the squiggly shoe Both of her arms seem to be going behind something. One behind the guy and the other beind whatever that might be on the right side of the pic. I hope someone else sees that...

I just realized it's the two real feet that make the torso of the girl. And just to say. Both people are made from the torso up. dont look for complete bodies lol.

Can someone tell me what's special in taking a picture of muddy footpath with footprints in it and colors altered slightly in photoshop plus the simplistic frame?

I love this piece, the way the footprints become more sparse and the floor gets darker as it moves further up the picture (as I would look from the bottom up), sort of symbolic of those who are as bold as to leave their mark farther forward, I think the colours you have chosen are perfect, rather than bleak B&W it's so rich yet only gets the colours it needs. It looks real (as it may be) with the broken footprints and smudges, and all the different shoes make it interesting! Lots of people add borders to works that don't need it or in fact to works where it lessens the effect, I think quite the contrary here, now I have seen this I wonder would it be as good without that border? IMHO you have all the right to sign your name at the bottom, truly a great piece.
