This is a single-family house concept.
It contains 4 spaces (from right to left):
20 sqm bedroom
20 sqm bathroom
40 sqm living+kitchen
22 sqm home theatre room (which can be replaced by a second bedroom or a second bedroom + small bathroom)

project + model + materials + textures (not all) + rendering + post-production is my creation.
