Yeah - it's a saying from England when people are to scared to do something - they call them a "scaredy cat" or a "'fraidy cat" - because of the way when cats get scared they do that whole funny spooked hesitant thing

i know what a cat is but lol in amedica when we say that its only to ppl when its to another animal besides a cat we say the name of said animal... ex) scardey roo) (scardey dog) ... thats why i was confused
