i thought it would be difficult at first but then i got the hang of it. try this: put the shutter to 15sec, a F5.6, and an 80/64 or smaller ISO. grab a torch and point it at the camera lens for 15sec. put it on a tripod

instead of sparkles i used a torch hehe, less chance of burning my room down lol
