The Navy Wisp turns Sonic into Navy Liquid, allowing him to slide though tight spots and easily trip enemies. It also suppose to turn Sonic in a liquid shark underwater.
My memory of the Crimson Wisp is very blurry as it was created by an old friend

What about combining certain wisp powers?
Red Burst + Purple Frenzy = Maroon Blaster...
Yellow Drill + Green Hover = Lime Missile...

Black wisp: Rift (Wii)
Brown wisp: Bounce (DS)
Grey wisp: Arrow (both)
Silver wisp: Unlimited boost (Ds, collect all hidden rings)
Gold wisp: Hyper (both,kinda like hyper sonic in sonic and knux, just use all colors)
Rainbow wisp: Random power (both)
i got more but not sayin (in case someone steals my ideas)
