The strangest ornithischian? Also no predentary bone, dentary with teeth so no beak on the lower jaw too. Remember that there are some ornithischians with teeth on the premaxila but beak on the lower jaw. The animals are NOT to scaleRelated content

I keep seeing reconstructions of Chilesaurus with a short snout and this one and few others I've seen have a somewhat longer snout. Is there any evidence to suggest that the snout was bit longer like your reconstruction shows?

What was the evidence for the short snout? The actual bones don't show the extremely short snout. The same for the supposed beak.
