I really like both but the 2017 version looks slicker and more polished so I'd go with than one. Although the 2017 takeshi is missing his guild emblem..

The blood for 2017 looks a lot better, especially the muscles c: the shading also improved! I do like the first background though!

They both have traits i like! That background is gorgeous so i'd keep the one on the left as well as the blood, but your anime style on your right has improved a lot!Β
