“Death is an interesting subject as many can see in different ways, just like how Libitina has many sides to her(mostly negative). Not many pray mortals pray to her, but have a surprising amount of demon worshipers who do either do so to help others pass on and rest, to be safe from the undead and the paranormal, to wish death on others, or even just being spared by disasters caused by Libitina. Since her worshipers' ideals are so diverse, there is no pinpoint definition on how they are viewed besides being feared or pityed(it’s said that some are banned from cementeries). Libitina, being the Goddess of Death, typically caused mass death scenarios like natural disasters and such.”

“Libitina is an insane and sadistic goddess who is feared by the lesser gods(and me) due to their lack of care for others and her overall eerie aura. She is one of the only people who antagonize Lana, the Goddess of Life and Rachnera, the Goddess of Creation and unsurprisingly despises them. Libitina is also one of the only ones to befriend Yureli, but oddly enough, she contradicts her hostile nature and has a kinship with Fahlios by assisting him in helping souls find rest. In addition to her assisting Fahlios, she is surprisingly hospitable, owning a manor which often houses specters and souls who need care before resting. Libitina also has an expected kinship with Index, the God of Order, working under them but still thriving on chaos.”

“As expected, Libitina hates immortals and the act of immortalization. But she is also known as the 7th strongest god in the pantheon, rumored to be residing in Hell itself. Libitina also works closely with the horsemen and the enforcers as they all typically kill someone in the end.”

“Libitina is terrifying and her unnaturally hospitable nature to souls just make her even more creepy as she has this odd fascination and obsession with caring with them.(I get shivers just thinking about her > ~ < )”
