Description
History
Etheria is the capital of the Empire of Etheria and home planet to the Etherians . It is located to the south of Walestain in the Known Galaxy . It was originally a largely anarchic planet full of tribes and burgraves, but it has grown in recent years to a fully globalist government separated into different regions for urban residential areas and for rural agricultural areas nominated Urban Lands and Agro Lands. Its people survived off of the great underwater veins and lakes and also from the cultivation of several vegetables and animals. It is classified as a "High World " by the Federation's Charting Division.
Geography
Etheria is composed of mostly arid land-mass and savannahs, along with three main lakes and rivers connecting those lakes. Etheria has some medium-sized mountains that allow for the harvesting of fiberglass and mineral wool. To the southeast, there is a particular region which is bombarded by meteorites every year, leaving a black, smokey terrain behind which the moving cities explore for profit. These are called the Hazard Wastes, and they are extremely dangerous to go into without a moving city.
Fauna and Flora
The flora of Etheria is mostly composed of scrublands and savannah trees, along with some vegetables that can be grown and are used as food by several creatures. Etheria is home to many creatures such as the Bulkhead , a large bull-like creature that feeds on ground vegetables and is used largely as caravan transport across the Known Galaxy. The majority of the animals in Etheria are reptile-like.
