wow! This is such a beautiful piece.
I really like what you've done to gain everything in this piece. The horse is so pretty. I like how you've shown it's structure really strongly and shown movement of it's body (walking) The shiny colours work really well. I like how the silver colouring looks very natural for the horse. Especially with the blue.
Interesting use of media too.I thought it was all watercolour due to the transparentsy. haha; It's a really nice effect.
The rainbow colours are so beautiful! How they are running on the horse like it's dripping gives a nice, happy sense to the piece. It's nice how some of it is reflecting on the horse too. It almost gives a reflective sort of look to the horse.
Almost like a spirit or ghost. The splatter on the top is neat too. Like paint splats or spray paint.
I also like how you've shown differant in angle on the floor and the wall. Shows where the horse is standing and such. I also like how the hooves are coloured too.
Altogether, a truey beautiful piece. very strong in appearance and appeal. Fantasic!

That's fine.
haha, it's effective. Differant too. Acrylics can be tricky getting so clear too. (as in transparent; needs a lot of water) haha

the white parts are with acrylics and some of the dark parts
the colors are mostly with water colors, I also used some pastels for the bg...
it's kind of layered

got it thanks
i thought you used masking fluid for the lights, thats why i asked
bc apparently you can use it on top of the watercolours to lighten it, but ive never tried that

Wonderful use of watercolors, only that perhaps if the horse was a bit more centered, or the tail would have fit in, would made a more balanced composition, but balanced or not, its brilliant! I could stare at it for minutes
