man i just lOOOVVEE this style. reminds me of my moms old picture books that i still love to read. I love the way you did the gradients, it makes these otherwise simple-ish drawing really come to life.

Oh, I'm aware, but taking a CG design and simplifying it into a totally different style like that counts as character design in my mind. It's surprisingly hard to do, and you did it well. ^^
