One more One piece fanart. A suggestion by megasonicmanlover .I'm not happy with this one, but I can call it done. I'll re-visit this character later but I'm moving on to a new piece.
Also. Corel painter was not worth the price. I've gotten more use out of my free version of autodesk. Anyone know where I can find a copy of Photoshop CS6 for PC?
