Wow, I'm simply amazed. Do you do the black ones first? It looks like the colours were coming out of the shadows. This reminds me of Caravaggio, the contrast between shades and lights. Your art is just magnificent.

Thanks so much for the comment, Caravaggio is a prime influence actually, I strive for high chiaroscuro in my work, and I'm happy you noticed! Β I don't apply the black first, actually all are applied at once and then blended into place.
