hell not even. the only main difference in even a thousand years on nirn in the elder scrolls games is the construction and armour and base cultural changes. the only potential cavemen in that universe are the nedic or redguard people from atmora and yokuda before they came to tamriel. Yet they were supposed to be pretty much the same besides that they lived a thousand plus years back.XD
